In collaboration with The Kitchen Table, we are delighted to host chef and writer, Madeeha Qureshi, to celebrate the launch of her new cook book, The Red Sea Cookbook.

This book celebrates the unique and bold flavours of the Arabian Peninsula and features over 100 easy, budget-friendly recipes. Bringing the authentic flavours of Arabia to life with a fresh, modern twist!

During this event you can enjoy an informal talk and Q&A with the author and learn about Madeeha's approach to cooking, her appearance on Masterchef and her jouney as a food writer, while she demonstrates dishes from her book. This event includes a delicious selection of demo samples* made from The Red Sea Cookbook, all included in your ticket price!

Madeeha Qureshi is a recipe developer, culinary motivational speaker, international guest chef and consultant and judge for international cookery competitions. A finalist on MasterChef 2021, Madeeha has captivated audiences with her unique blend of traditional and modern culinary techniques. Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, Madeeha developed a deep appreciation for locally sourced ingredients which inspired her distinctive cooking style. Her approachable yet innovative dishes blend authentic flavours with modern twists, making Saudi and Middle Eastern cooking accessible to home cooks everywhere.
