In collaboration with The Kitchen Table, we are delighted to host fire chef and food writer, Sabrina Ghayour, to celebrate the launch of her new cook book, Persiana One.
During this event you can enjoy an informal talk and Q&A with the author while she demonstrates dishes from her book. You might even get a chance to taste some demo samples* made from Persiana One!
British-Iranian Chef and food writer Sabrina Ghayour is a multi-award winning, best-selling author who made her name hosting the hugely popular ‘Sabrina’s Kitchen’ supper club in London, specialising in Persian and Middle Eastern flavours.
Specialising in teaching Persian and Middle Eastern cookery class across the country, Sabrina has become the ‘go to’ girl for Persian and Middle-Eastern recipes, history and ingredient wisdom and is often called upon for her expertise and knowledge in the field.
Sabrina will be doing book signings at the event and 'Persiana One' will be available to purchase on the day. If you can't wait that long, pop in to The Kitchen Table in Shaftesbury to purchase an advance copy!
