In collaboration with The Kitchen Table, we are delighted to host chef, digital content creator and food consultant Radhika Howarth to celebrate the launch of her fabulous debut cook book, Flavours Without Borders.
Flavours Without Borders takes readers on an exciting global culinary journey, exploring how history has shaped the world’s cuisines. Through a combination of fascinating historical insights and mouthwatering recipes, the book highlights how flavours have been shared, transformed, and embraced across borders. Readers will discover stories of cultural exchange, migration, and the blending of flavours that continue to influence modern cooking, making the book both a celebration of food and a tribute to our interconnected world.
During this event you can enjoy an informal talk and Q&A with the author and learn about the ancient Silk Road, the Spice Route, and the colonial pathways that played crucial roles in the exchange of ingredients, techniques, and culinary traditions across cultures, while Radhika demonstrates dishes from her book. This event includes a delicious dish of demo samples* made from Radhika's new book, all included in your ticket price!
